Sander Hoogendoorn

Sander is an independent dad, speaker, writer, and traveler. He has been writing code since 1984 and still codes every day. He is a serial CTO, code philosopher, agilist, and acted as Capgemini’s global agile thought leader before going freelance in 2015. Following his adagio that small steps are the fastest way forward, Sander helps to empower organizations, teams, and individuals, and to disrupt their ways of working, technology, architectures, and code. He has authored various books and published tons of articles. Sander is a well-known and inspiring keynote speaker at international conferences on diverse topics such as disruption, culture, (beyond) agile, continuous delivery, microteams, monads, software architecture, microservices, and writing beautiful code.

IT leader with special love for ci/cd and devsecops

Kim is an experienced leader in software product development. She works at Schuberg Philis, an IT outsourcing company for mission-critical IT solutions, delivering 100% customer satisfaction. She’s passionate about topics such as DevOps, continuous delivery, agile and continuous security. Dealing with today’s complexity and innovation asks for empowering people to levels that are uncomfortable for most of us. And it asks us to upskill our ability to automate and innovate our work in the field of IT. Kim is interested in the cultural, organizational, and technological changes associated with these developments. Although a nerd at heart, she also has over a decade of experience on the other side: the business. A huge benefit to bridge the gap between business and IT. She is a speaker at national and international conferences on topics such as agile, continuous delivery.
